1) FORM - Fill out the form below and hit "Submit" to book your appointment 2) CONFIRMATION - Once your form is submitted and seen by our staff, we will send you confirmation email. We will try our best to accommodate your desired time and date. But if there is a conflict in time, we will present you with the next soonest times available on that date. 3) PHOTO PREP GUIDE - We will then send you an email with our "Photo Preparation Guide" to forward to your clients. It goes into detail the steps they should take to prepare their property for the appointment. 4) DELIVERY - We guarantee the delivery of the photos within 24hrs of your appointment. Videos and 3D Tours may take up to 2 days to complete. 5) BILLING - For the convenience to our clients, there are several payment options available. If you wish to pay with a Credit or Debit card, just go to the "Rates" tab on this site. Then select which services you wish to purchase and click on the corresponding tab. If you wish to pay by cash or check, you can pay in person the day of the appointment, or we can send an invoice via email. It will then need to be paid within 30 days of receiving, or at your earliest convenience.
